PILATES
Using my knowledge and practical skills as a Physiotherapist along with my experience as an endurance athlete, I am excited to teach Pilates classes.
Pilates uses a functional exercise approach to train strength, flexibility and efficient movement patterns.
Whether you are an active person, wanting to enhance your sporting performance or prevent injuries from keeping you sidelined from doing what you love then Pilates will be a great supplement active lifestyle or training routines.
GROUP CLASSES

A weekly Group class takes place on Monday’s @ 5:45pm from Vertex Altitude Gym. $18 per class per person. Email fidowling@hotmail.com to register. Group classes provide a fun and interactive platform to get the most out of your Pilates routine
ONLINE CLASSES

Delivered via Zoom, this platform offers a time efficient and convenient way of participating in regular Pilates classes. If you live outside of the Christchurch area or like the convenience of an online class please get in touch
